The IN Hands & Voices Jr. Board has secured funding for a scholarship to be awarded for students entering secondary education THIS YEAR! Application open to all 2023 high school graduates who meet the following criteria:
must be an Indiana resident
must be Deaf or Hard of Hearing
must be currently enrolled in or accepted to attend a college, university, trade school or higher education for the 2023 – 2024 school year
